
Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges on our products. The customer must ensure that their order is correct in all aspects, including product sizing, before placing an order.
Any claims of damaged/defective/misprinted items must be submitted within three days after receiving the product. All claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than seven days after the estimated delivery date. Claims with an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Because we provide custom-printed products, we cannot offer returns for sizing issues or buyers’ remorse. The onus is on you to check the size chart pages' sizing charts and ensure the design is to your specifications before finalizing the order.

Reasons for Returns
If you provide an address that is considered incomplete or wrong by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
If your shipment/shipments go unclaimed, they will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
